Bikenut transported my bike (Honda ST1300) from Perth, Western Australia, to Hunter Valley, New South Wales.
Their service was excellent, always keeping in touch via mobile phone and email. Prior to contract, they were prompt with their quote, which was extremely competitive and were easy to talk to. Bikenut didn’t mind that my panniers were left on the bike and were full of my bike gear…..other companies wanted them removed and charged extra to send them! Bikenut personnel were easy to talk to at the drop off point and again at pick up. Bikenut dropped my bike off at the drop off point bang on time! I felt that Bikenut cared about my bike! I will use Bikenut again, no question!
