Picked up my bike today and just wanted to say thanks … bike was exceptionally well crated – the bike wrapped in plastic and also the metal cage encased in cardboard is more than I expected – my only other experience with transport was the bike in a metal cage only. If this is the “normal” way you crate and transport, you should mention it on your website … I think it would be a good selling point for the top professional service you provide.
